Director - Projects at Resource Capital Funds, Lauren McGregor to judge Equipment Innovation Award

CORE Innovation Hub welcomes Lauren McGregor to the judging panel of the 2023 Hot 30 Awards. Lauren is the Director - Projects at Resource Capital Funds Jolimont Innovation. She will be judging the Equipment Innovation Award, looking to highlight the equipment being developed to create a safer more sustainable energy and mining industry.

The firm's approach combines financial expertise, technical knowledge, and operational experience to maximize returns while managing risks.

As the Director - Projects at Resource Capital Funds Jolimont Innovation, Lauren joined the firm in 2019 after a successful banking career of 14 years, with her most recent role being with Commonwealth Bank of Australia's Natural Resources team in Perth. Lauren brings with her extensive global experience in project and corporate finance, corporate turnaround, restructuring, and origination. Her current responsibilities at Resource Capital Funds Jolimont Innovation include leading strategic projects such as new fund development, ESG initiatives, and investor relations projects. Lauren is an Oxford University MA(Oxon) in Ancient and Modern History graduate, holds an MBA from Curtin University, and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).

Lauren will be presenting as part of the panel discussion at the Perth Hot 30 Awards on March 23.
